Welcome to Medianova! In these Terms of Use, “Medianova,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Medianova, LLC and its affiliates.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. These Terms of Use (“Terms”), along with Medianova’s Privacy Policy, govern your use of Medianova’s Websites and Online Services. For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Websites” refers to www.medianova.com and other websites owned or operated by Medianova that link to these Terms.
- “Online Services” includes Medianova’s products and services that are publicly accessible without requiring a subscription or account, such as Medianova’s DNS services, public content delivery tools, or similar features.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our Websites and Online Services.
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS DO NOT APPLY TO MEDIANOVA SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER A SELF-SERVE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, ENTERPRISE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, OR OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MEDIANOVA.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms for specific Websites or Online Services, the additional terms will take precedence.
1. Eligibility
By using the Websites or Online Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have not been suspended or banned from using our Websites or Online Services in the past; and
- Your use of the Websites and Online Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Content License to Medianova
By submitting, posting, or publishing any content, feedback, suggestions, or data (“Content”) on Medianova’s Websites or Online Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your Content. While you retain ownership of your Content, Medianova’s use of it will not require compensation to you.
You warrant that:
- Your Content does not infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- Your Content does not defame, slander, or otherwise harm any individual or entity.
3. Abuse and Infringement Reporting
Medianova does not host third-party content but provides pass-through services to improve network performance. Therefore, we cannot directly remove content from websites or services hosted by our users or third parties.

Please include supporting information with your complaint. Unless you specifically opt out of disclosure, Medianova may share your report with the relevant parties, including website operators, hosting providers, or other stakeholders.
For automated abuse submissions, an API token is required. Misuse of the abuse API may result in suspension or revocation of your access.
4. Termination and Modifications
Medianova reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Websites and Online Services, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all.
- Modify or discontinue any Website or Online Service, including specific features, at any time without notice.
Medianova assumes no liability for changes, suspensions, or terminations.
5. Third-Party Websites
Our Websites and Online Services may contain links to external websites. Medianova is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites.
6. Ownership and Proprietary Rights
All materials on the Websites and Online Services, including visual designs, text, software, and code (“Materials”), are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws. These Materials are owned by Medianova or its licensors. Except as explicitly allowed, you are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any Materials without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Websites or Online Services for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- Overburden, disable, or disrupt Medianova’s systems or networks.
- Transmit malicious software, such as viruses, worms, or Trojans.

Medianova reserves the right to block content it determines to be illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

8. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
You may not use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to collect or utilize content from our Websites or Online Services for training or developing AI models, except where explicitly permitted in our robots.txt file or through written authorization.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medianova, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:

Medianova reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of such claims, and you agree to cooperate fully with us.
10. Disclaimers and No Warranties
The Websites and Online Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Medianova disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Medianova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Websites or Online Services, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Houston, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
Medianova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Websites or Online Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. General Provisions
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Medianova regarding the Websites and Online Services. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
